Business Loan Quick is not a direct lender. We operate a matching service that connects small business owners with third-party lending partners. Submitting a request through our site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, or be approved for funding. All loan terms, rates, amounts, and approval decisions are determined solely by the lending partner, not by Business Loan Quick.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and submitting a request on behalf of a legitimate business to use this site. By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent us from matching you with a lending partner.
4. No Guarantee; Third-Party Lenders
We make no representations or warranties about the lending partners we work with, or about the terms, fees, or conditions any lending partner may offer. Any agreement you enter into with a lending partner is solely between you and that lender, and is governed by that lender's own terms. Review any loan offer carefully before accepting it.
5. Cost of Our Service
Submitting a funding request and receiving matched options through Business Loan Quick is free. We do not charge applicants a fee for this matching service. 6. Communications Consent
